I represent people in civil matters and litigation, primarily in the area of real estate. I represent people in purchase and sale transactions (with or without real estate agents), breach of contract/contract enforcement cases, lease and financing negotiations, boundary disputes and adjustments, tree cutting and timber trespass cases, building and code enforcement matters, local zoning issues, adverse possession claims, and other real estate and building code litigation.  I also negotiate and prepare access, use and view easements.
